A Laurel man was arrested Friday after threatening two people with a knife and leading police on a pursuit through Seaford. According to Delaware State Police, the incident began at 12:58 p.m. as a 58-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were outside of a home in the 25000 block of Park Circle in Seaford.The pair spotted a blue Jeep Wrangler driving along the street and the woman, mistakenly believing the Jeep was being driven by a friend, tapped the horn of her vehicle. The Jeep stopped in front of the residence and Patrick A. Price, 48 of Laurel, exited the Jeep with a knife in his hand.
